Apparently this spot has the heritage of old Geno's that used to be in Primrose. A place of legendary nights filled with Portuguese seafood, pregos and trinchado. The chicken prego still holds up and paired with a craft beer of unknown origin or design, it's a good meal on a sunny afternoon. Service was good and the prices reasonable.
Being a fan of Portuguese dishes, we really enjoyed the old school vibe here. We ended up ordering an array of starters . Cooked with a lot of love and flavour. Service was lacking a bit but that comes with the territory.
If you are looking for authentic Portugese food... this is your place! One of the best places I've been for this cuisine. We had a great time and the only let down was that we waited over an hour to get our food. But at least the food was worth the wait.
What a experience. Was invited by a cousin who turned 70 and booked the entire restaurant. Service great starters and salad great but 5 stars for the 2 main dishes chicken and prawns. Bit out of my way but highly recommented

The best prego I have ever had, and the chicken is so insanely good that I finished a whole half on my own. Everything about the place is lovely :)
